Ok I sent them an email about it. I noticed that the EUR/USD chart is not getting data from OEC, but instead is using Sierra Chart for data. I found this reject message Symbol Error - EUR/USD is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX reject reason: Data feed is not entitled | 2015-02-09 17:35:53 I'll email them about this as well. |
