Dear Sierra Charts Support

I am trying to have email alerts sent to '4048617185@txt.att.net'. This has worked in the past but is now getting filtered &/or blcoked. I have called AT&T & they advise they are not filtering the message. Quoting fm the help doc below, it advises to contact SC support next.

"Another possibility is that your E-mail address has been blocked from receiving Alert Messages from the Sierra Chart server. In the case of the E-mail address being blocked, contact Sierra Chart support about this."
