This is the problem: No SC real-time data feed mapping found for symbol: ESH5 You are running an older version and we are not clear why the symbol mapping is not found. There are two things you can do. You can perform a "Full Reset" of the Symbol Settings. Or update to the latest version of Sierra Chart. Even if you update to the latest version of Sierra Chart, a Full Reset of the symbol settings might still be needed. To update Sierra Chart select Help >> Download Current Version.
