I'm questioning if it has to do with a firewall blocking the connection to the Sierra Chart data server. The reason is that if I change the Chart Settings from Intraday Chart to Historical Chart and the Symbol from NGG5 to NGG15, I do get recent daily info and the Historical Download Complete message. Does the firewall make a difference between Historical and Intraday Chart data downloads? This exact same firewall early today did not cause any issues when using the old Version 1217 for several weeks. It was only after I installed the new version 1224 and then switched back to installing version 1217 that I had firewall issues. Below is the message log for my Historical Chart download that was completed successfully just a few minutes ago. What do you recommend I do to remedy this situation?
