i think you are right, i am still getting Symbol is Unkown orange dialogue box. despite now receiving OEC data in its own platform. and now, a new problem, my charts are not updating. the current bid/ask lines are ticking up and down but charts are not populating. i followed the instructions closely for installing 2 copies and sharing the data feed. can we narrow down the problem.. should i try clearing the 'Run as Administrator' preference for both SC launch icons? |
