There appears to be a firewall blocking the connection to the Sierra Chart data server.This is the relevant message:

HD Request # 5 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for NGG15. The network socket has been closed. Retrying download. | 2015-01-22 13:14:55 *

The port number used is 10149.
