Post From: Unable to Update with New Data Since I Installed Version 1224, Then I Went Back to Version 1217

Earlier this morning, I believe I had Version 1217 and the Delete and Download Data menu item worked fine to update with new data. I decided to install version 1224 and after that, the Delete and Download Data menu item did not work. I tried the new naming convention and old one (ESH15 and ESH5, NGG15 and NGG5), but it did not work either way I tried to update the data. Therefore, I decided to reinstall version 1217 again to see if updating with new data would work and it did not work anymore, unlike early this morning when it did work with my old version 1217. What am I doing wrong? I can log into Sierra Chart just fine.
