The Date-Times you see on the timescale, are the starting time of the TPO Profiles. The reason you see the day before is because you have reversed Session Times: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_SessionTimes.php It is fine to use reversed Session Times, but the start of the day will be in the prior day. We see no indication that the TPO Profile Chart is not updating in real-time.
