I am picking up on posts #9 and #10, wherein you confirmed my understanding of what to do to enable this historical review of 1 minute data. Here is the germane part of my post #9: It seems, therefore, that the first step would be that I set the Service list box at >> Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings to SC Historical Data, and then proceed to increase the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download value to the appropriate amount, e.g., to 1024. Once these are set, then I'd set the particular date range into the Chart Settingts >> Date Range in File field; and add the market statistics into the chart; please confirm, thank you. I have finally had the time to undertake this process, with mixed results. The good news is, the market statistics came up seemingly as planned. The chart itself, however, failed. I have been patient and courteous with this limited forum for support that you provide. This is very frustrating. Please review what you detailed, in how I would review data on a one-minute basis for time periods starting 2012-08-01. I followed your instructions to the letter, and it worked to some extent, so you must be close. I need to know how to do this, please.
