The one thing we need to make clear here is that to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, requires your own direct paid for Sierra Chart account. Not one provided through a broker affiliate. We do not know how to avoid being charged more than once for exchange fees. We understand the CME is working on a solution. But obviously it is not a high priority for them.
