When I tried to send an email to my cellphone using 1510XXXXXXX@tmomail.net from the Alert setup ( thru Global setting), I get this error. Alert email error: To receive Alert notification messages at 1510XXXXXXX@tmomail.net, contact Sierra Chart support. However, I am able to receive emails to my yahoo account. Also, I tested sending an email from my yahoo email to my t-mobile cellphone and it works. It fails only from the Sierra charts. Can you please help? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Raj |
