Thanks SC, the fresh install works ok and for some reason I failed to change the config setting. It seems the issue comes when setting the Drawing Properties Outline to 'Dots' (3rd down option) and width greater than 1 (say 3). The problem also happens on the fresh install in that case. If you then draw a Rectangle with that outline on the Monthly and move down to an Intraday timeframe on the same chart, scrolling back into the drawn Monthly Rectangle, you get the issue or I do at least.
