Please use the .png format to upload screen shots. It creates much smaller files than .bmp. Your decimal separator is the "," so instead of using =CROSSFROMBELOW(E3:E4,AA3:AA4)
you have to use=CROSSFROMBELOW(E3:E4;AA3:AA4) .
