Usually what this means is that tthere is a missing file with the installation of the CPP compiler. Delete this folder from your system: C:\SierraChart\CPPCompiler Install the compiler again through Analysis >> Build Custom Studies DLL >> Install Compiler. Let us know if you still have a problem.
