Here's what I want to do: review historical dailies and choose a particular segment for focused review -- for example, let's say the week of 2/13/12 through 2/17/12. In that segment, I want to review minute by minute (1 minute chart) data for each trading day, and I want to look at corresponding Market Stats for the same period. I've been reviewing your article on and Self-Help Topic 42.1 - Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data. If I understand, I will have to set the global settings Max Historical Intraday Days to Download to 1024 days (days between 2/13/14 and 12/3/14). Seems to me that would be huge and clog the functions, please confirm. So I guess the workaround is: when I want to do my review (as described in this message, and using the 2/13/12 to 2/17/12 week as an example), I set the Max Historical Intraday Days to Download to 1024 days. When I finish, I set the Max Historical Intraday Days to Download days back to 186. Please confirm I am on the right track. I send this message because I do not want to try something and then have to have support to undo some mess I've made ;).
