What firewall software is your computer running?

Restart your computer and try logging in again.

There is a problem with DNS on your side. If restarting does not help, then most likely it is caused by a firewall and you will have to uninstall it from your system. If you are only using the Windows firewall, this will not cause a problem and that cannot be uninstalled.
