Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am using EUREX contract symbols. While I look forward to receiving the historical data in the coming weeks, I am most interested in being able to connect to the Data Server and having access to real-time quotes. This is of more importance to me because only being able to connect to the Trading Server is useless without real-time data to view. If given a choice I would prefer a connection to the Data Server over the Trading Server. As you suggested, I have updated to the current version ( SC 1213 ). I have also changed the Data/Trade Service Settings to CQG Web API. Unfortunately I am still unable to logon successfully. Below is the message log.
