Make sure the Global Symbol Settings are up to date by following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings And update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. We do not think there is any problem with the version you have but it is good idea to be up-to-date anyway. After the update, re-download the data following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading We are confident if you follow those steps given, the chart should look correct.
