Hi Max I've seen some of the obvious questions Support gets and I'm trying to avoid wasting your time and having a DUHH moment, but I'm failing. I've written a simple Alert C>C[-1] and given it Alert 2 (see attached). There was just a fast market in USDJPY and lots of action with lots of closes up and down (see attached Alerts Log) and none of them sent me an email or triggered an audio alert. My speakers have been playing Bach all morning. I get an Audio Alert (and email) when I buy or sell. I get your messages. I'm sure it's simple and I'' owe you a beer if I ever visit my Kiwi friends, but it just ain't obvious. Thank JD
