We apologize for this. We are looking into the problem:

CQG FIX Trading | Not connecting to market data server because Username is not specified. | 2014-11-19 03:20:38

There have been some changes with CQG recently and this is an unexpected issue. However, the simple solution now is to select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service >> CQG Web API.

And update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current Version.

Also, we see that you are using EUREX contract symbols. The historical data for these markets is not fully up to date when using CQG, but we are working on a resolution to the problem. Hopefully should be done within two weeks.
