Using version 1212 I am not able to fully logon to the CQG FIX Trading Service. I have read some similar support board threads and have followed the instructions given but am still having the issue. I have contacted my FCM (RCG) and they have assured me that the Continuum connect has been enabled on my account. They have sent me an image confirming the enablements on my account which I have attached below. When I try to logon to the CQG FIX Trading service my username and password are being recognized and connecting to the Trading Server. However, username and password fields for the market data server remain blank after entering the correct information and clicking "OK". Also, I am receiving the error message "Username is not specified". My FCM has told me that there is only one username/password combination for my account and that a second (different) username/password combination for the data connection details is not necessary. I do not know why my username/password are automatically being deleted from the Data Connection Details. To test this I have even tried logging on to the AMP CQG service knowing that my username/password will not work there. When trying to logon this way I get the error "Brand of client is not allowed" on the message log however the knowingly incorrect username/password combination are not automatically deleted and remain in the corresponding fields after the failed logon attempt. Please advise as to why my username and password are not sticking in the Data Connection Details fields for the CQG FIX Trading service. Additional information; 1)I have checked the "Enable FIX logging" box. 2)When trying to logon to the CQG FIX Trading service my charts do show some data however there are no real-time updates.
