Yes, I was talking about Global Data Feeds - India only. I also took trial for CTS too. And when I use both of them at different times, I do change the time settings accordingly. The time of disconnection wrt Global Data Feed is in the timezone of New Delhi (+5.30 IST). I do not face any problems throughout the day when I use CTS FIX. Infact, on Friday, 14th Nov, 2014, I was using both the feeds simultaneously (by using 2nd copy of Sierra Charts) to check if CTS FIX also has connection problems. CTS FIX was working fine, but Global Data Feed got disconnected between 10.50am to 11.15am. I faced the same problem at same time on 13th Nov, 2014 as well. BTW - do you shut/stop your servers connected to Global Data Feed anytime of the day??
