This kind of problem with Interactive Brokers is not unusual.

If you notice this problem consistently, then you should ask Interactive Brokers about it to see if there any settings you need to change within Trader Workstation.

If you notice it intermittently, this is just how the Trader Workstation is because it is not providing proper order responses to programs like Sierra Chart.

Whenever you see an order in Sierra Chart that says Pending Cancel and it stays with that status and you know the order is canceled, select Trade > Refresh Trade Data from Service and then the order will be cleared.
