I use sierra chart connected to Interactive Brokers. Today I tried my first real timme order. The orders which I entered on the sierra chart platform went immediately to my IB TWS patform but then the TWS said something and closed automatically. I tried canceling the orders from the still open sierra chart but nothing happened. I then had to restart both sierra chart and the IB TWS and it showed that the orders had been canceled. I then submitted a new order and it again immedietly appeared in both the sierra chart platform and the TWS, However when I clicked the cancel all button on sierra chart it still says pending cancel eventhough the orders appear to have been canceled on the TWS side. I would like to know how to fix this, what is going on, and if these pending orders are live or not?
