What we see from your screen images is that the orders that Sierra Chart sent to Trader Workstation are in an "Order Sent" state which indicates that the IB Trader Workstation did not acknowledge those orders. You will need to contact Interactive Brokers for help with this. We recommend contacting them at API @ InteractiveBrokers.com. They will need to see your TWS log file.
