The problem with bracket orders is from the "Order status" and "OrderActionSource" in the Trade Activity Log. Previously when using bracket orders, the child order will be opened after the parent order fill, but as I look at the Trade Activity Log yesterday, the child order open at the same time with the parent order (before the parent order fill) Pls refer to the attached Trade Activity Log, I enter a stop buy parent order @ 6561.5 (symbol: FT100), then the "Order status" and "OrderActionSource" in the Trade Activity Log show a Limit Sell & a Stop Sell are opened before the parent stop buy get filled. As you could see in the attached SC chart, the child order should show "Child" (not "Open") before the parent order fill. |
