I'm not sure which specific category my problem falls under. The chart was working fine up until around 1:30 est. when I noticed the chart stopped updating new bars. That's when I first performed "delete and download data". But the bars never updated again for the rest of the day. I just kept performing delete and download data over and over to get new data. The Help topic you suggested doesn't seem to address my specific problem of a working chart suddenly malfunctioning during the trading day. Also this happened to SPY yesterday and FXI the day before but they are both fine today. Now its QQQ. So i don't think re-booting or re-downloading will fix the overall problem as it seems to just affect a different symbol every new day at a random time of day. Since all my other charts/symbols are working fine all day what could have happened to the QQQ chart today that caused the data problems to begin at 1:30. I did not change any settings or make any edits during the trading day I was only watching the charts. |
