Here is a study collection that is close to what you want but not 100%. Save the attached file to Data folder in your Sierra Chart folder. Then restart your Sierra and you will find a "Numbers Bars" study collection when you click on the Analysis Tab at the top menu. Choose it and you should see the configuration on your chart. your image shows a 3m chart.
