You have reported a similar problem earlier.

The basic reason for these problems is going to be an operating system level problem. Not with Sierra Chart.

Our general advice with this kind of issue is to restart your computer.

We wish we could provide some better more definitive help than this, but we cannot. The issue does not reside within Sierra Chart.

The dialog boxes are not appearing. When this happens, you need to press the Escape key to cancel out of the hidden window.

If you continue to have this trouble, we recommend an operating system reinstall, and removing any unnecessary software on the system which could be running in the background.

Occasionally we do have reports of issues like this. But they are uncommon, and we do not recall hearing about something this for about two or more years.
