Yesterday I thought I was following the Sierra Chart instructions for bringing my usage time (package 3 - $27) and additional services (SC Real Time and Historical data - $10) up to date. But I seem to have ended up with a Barchart registration. Please advise re what I need to do in order to receive the SC Real Time and Historical data I think I was using before receiving your insufficient balances notifications. I have an active trading account with Interactive Brokers and I'm primarily interested in real time and historical Globex S&P e-mini data. I would also like the capability to follow indexes and occasionally check on a few US stocks. Sorry to bother you with this, but I found the instructions included with your notifications to be a bit confusing. I haven't tried any connecting because it's the weekend (no real time trading to check) and because I suspect I may have ended up with the wrong data source because I don't recall previous involvement with Barchart. A selection choice saying "Renew existing data if happy" would have been perfect for me. :-) Thanks, Larry
