We can clearly tell from the Message Log received that Sierra Chart received two Trade account identifiers from TWS and they were properly put into the trade account array:

Interactive Brokers | Received 2 Trade Accounts from TWS. | 2014-10-24 13:03:15

Do you see 2 accounts listed on the Trade Window in the drop-down list box with the trade accounts? Are there more accounts which should be there? If so, then IB Trader Workstation is not sending them. That is quite clear.
