Analysis of your Alert setup is not within the scope of our support. We did specify that we would only accept 1 chart and a simple example. We recommend referring to this section here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_SystemsAlerts.php#IgnoredSignals We are also attaching a simple Alert Spreadsheet and Chartbook which demonstrates that the functionality does work properly. Test these files by saving them to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder and opening the Chartbook and confirm you are getting alert sounds and messages.
