We have done a thorough review of this, and on the latest version, this should not occur. The reason is when a full download occurs the Intraday data files are truncated. So we do not have an explanation , however we do not know exactly what you did and saw either. There must be some detail which we are not aware of. Also SC, while I am on the support board, when are you going to give us the ability to run the compact tool values window horizontally with only two or three rows so we can put it at the top of a chart, instead of just as it is now which is vertically. It would take up much less space on a trader's screen(s), horizontally, i think. I know some others have also asked about this and you had said you have it on the list to add. It has been months now.
