In order for us to help you, it is important that you follow our instructions exactly. Once again we refer you to post #4 above. Please look it over again and provide us the information requested. We cannot accept images posted any other way than is documented. What you have given in post #5 still does not answer our questions.

We also need to know what Data or Trading service you are using? Please let us know. At this point we have no idea because we do not show any log into Sierra Chart using the account you have logged into the support board with.

Also confirm what version of Sierra Chart you are running. It should be 1203. You could be affected by a Windows bug which affects the decimal point delimiter.

We have to see with the status of the development is for the feature request in post #6.
