Dear Support, I was wondering why (even though i am paying for package 5 via Velocityfutures), I am unable to use the other services such as Sierracharts Intraday and Sierrachart FXCM. The Historical Dataservice seems to be working fine as usual. I was wondering if there is something you could do about that? I remember the last time I had this issue you guys told me to create a new account, but now that account has "expired" and i don't see why i should pay twice for the same service =/ This would be really handy to me as I cannot connect to TTFIX via Sierra on two different computers at the same time, and it would be nice to have the live streaming intraday data on the other computer/monitor. Would appreciate help in this matter. Kind regards
