There is no reason for not providing the log. I am sorry you take my comments as critical but they are not! If you wish, you may disable my free trial and delete the account. Please do let me now if you take this route. Thanks I have exceptions added in AV/Malware, while native FW on win7 64 bit permits outbound connection for all internet facing applications. This setup functions well for all charting systems since 2008. While one of them may be disabled briefly for a few minutes for troubleshooting, please note that I will not be able to disable them permanently.
