[SOLVED] Email verification was missing. This begs the question, why was there no banner in the user account pages or a prompt inside Sierra Chart? ..An email verification request only came up after having submitted this support request, which I followed up. SC seems to be working now. Hello there. I simply cannot get any data pack service. I registered about 10 hours ago. (Fedora 44, Wine 11.20, latest Sierra Chart) Sierra Chart itself is up and running. However, not a single connection attempt is successful, not matter the data service. At the end of the log messages, it says: "Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management." All data packages are listed as 'Not enabled'. Log file is attached. The only chart that (is partially loading) is the EUR/USD chart, all the others are staying black.
