The accounts you reference are with Prop Firms. Those accounts do not count towards the non-professional requirement for the CME Group. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Additionally, you did not properly fill out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" for the CME Group data, as you did not enter a "Clearing Firm", and the Account Number you entered is for a Prop Firm, so it is not valid for this purpose as noted in the link above. Once you have the account issue worked out for the CME Group (i.e. you either have a live, funded, futures trading account, or you are going to pay for the Professional fees), then you can redo the agreements at the following link (note that you will need to redo both agreements): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME If you do setup a trading account that will qualify, then you will need to connect to that account prior to getting the real-time data at the non-professional rates.
