Hello, my Sierra Chart trial is active until November 11, 2026, and my email is verified. However, the Data/Trade Service Settings dropdown still shows “SC Data (Not enabled on package).” My charts are blank and the Message Log shows “Symbol not allowed: FreeTrialSymbols.” Could you please check my trial data access and explain how I can load a supported MES symbol using the trial? Thank you.
