This does not make sense to us at all. Unless, the developer has provided a new DLL file and has overwritten the one you have and requires an updated version of Sierra Chart. Go to the Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Data Files Folder through your File Explorer. And look for the DLL file containing the studies and see if it is present.
