Hi Sierra Chart Support, I have completed additional TCP connectivity tests with Surfshark VPN enabled and disconnected. The results were identical in both environments: - 208.97.247.100:50569 — Failed (Winsock 10061, 2/2 attempts) - 38.65.210.70:50569 — Successful (2/2 attempts) - 184.105.22.231:50569 — Successful (2/2 attempts) With the VPN disconnected, Windows routing selected my physical Wi-Fi adapter, and successful TCP connections used its local IP address. Although residual VPN filtering has not been fully ruled out, the same connection failure persisted without an active VPN tunnel. Could you please confirm whether all three IP addresses are valid Rithmic DTC endpoints on port 50569, and whether Sierra Chart automatically retries alternative IP addresses when a connection is refused?
