The data displays as values like "53.28" as that is the way the data is specified by the CBOE. You can view the information for the symbol on their website at the following link: https://www.cboe.com/us/indices/dashboard/tnx/ If you want to change the way the prices are displayed, then you will need to change the "Real-Time Price Multiplier" and the "Historical Price Multiplier".
