This Global Symbol Setting has a different purpose. It is only for historical daily data when writing to the data file. So do not be concerned about this at all. Also, Chart Settings -> Symbol Settings -> Historical Price Multiplier does not match Global Symbol Settings Historical Price Multiplier when opening a new chartbook and new chart.
This is not true. If you have not changed it from the default it is correct: Open Chart Settings -> Symbol (Historical Price Multiplier is incorrect) Most everything has been been resolved in the latest prerelease and what remains will be resolved in the next release.
