We are not sure of why this happened. We are going to add additional logging so next time if it happens which we hope it would not, we will have a better idea about it. The only conclusion that we can come to that would seem reasonable is the following windows API call was not functioning correctly on your system: ::LARGE_INTEGER PerformanceCount = {};
