There should not have been this long of a time to detect no network socket activity. It should be more like about 40 to 80 seconds maximum. So there is a problem of timer events. This is why the reconnect never happened. We need to think about what could have gone wrong. But it must be relating to timer events. What version of Sierra Chart are you running?
