In the most recent images you supplied, you have the "Number of Days to Calculate Volume Profiles" set to "3". Make sure this is set to "0" and let us know if you still have a problem. When we try a Zig Zag with Calculation Mode of 3 and a Reversal Amount of 60, the Volume by Price works fine as long as the Number of Days to Calculate is set to 0.
