Hi, when I try to connect to data feed it always says "Service package does not support this function or account is expired". I just bought a one month 10 - Integrated Standard service and it says "The Denali Data Feed is active". But I still cannot connect to the data feed, and there is an option to select Denali Data feed in the panel. How to solve the problem like this?
