Hi, I've subscribed to Service package 12 and had difficulty opening the VIX Volatility Index chart - I've just submitted the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement CGIF (CBOE Global Index Feed)", wondering if there are any other agreements/fees I should be aware of to gain access?
