There is a new option for the Stationary Text named "Link to Vertical Axis Scale". This should be set to "No" by default, but if it is set to "Yes", then the Stationary Text will be set to the price level where it is initially placed. And as the price moves up/down, the text will move with it. It only applies to the vertical movement, the text will still not move horizontally. So make sure that option is set to "No" for the drawing and for the configurations that you are using.
