There is no direct way to do this in Sierra Chart. The "Volume per Second" that is displayed in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values is the total volume of the bar divided by the number of seconds that make up the bar. So essentially an average volume per second.

To get the Maximum value along with the closing value, you would need to analyze the underlying data for whatever period you are wanting. To do this, you would have to create a custom study. Refer to the following:
